STELSI buildings are issued as NFTs, following the ERC-1155 standard, allowing multiple holders to own shares. Building NFTs, referred to as 'Makers,' are crafted directly by architectural experts' designs.
Buildings are categorized based on their usage, scale, and form. Construction on land can be matched with Building NFTs only if they align with all three criteria: usage, scale, and form.
'Usage' determines the allowable usage of the buildings constructed on the land. Land can be matched with buildings that align with the designated purpose as its attribute.
R(Residential): Residential Lands (single house, townhouses, apartments, etc.)
C(Commercial): Commercial Lands (store, commercial building, offices, etc.)
I(Infrastructure): Infrastructure (Public facilities, libraries, art galleries, museums, banks, etc.)
O(Open space): Open space (neighborhood park, grand park, plaza, natural green area, etc.)
'Scale' determines the scale of buildings that can be constructed on the land, taking into account factors such as the building area and the number of floors. It is categorized into 1, 2, or 3, with higher numbers indicating larger scales.
'Form' represents an attribute used to distinguish lands of the same usage and scale but with different form. Only buildings that align with all three criteria—usage, scale, and form (designated as A, B, C, etc.)—can be constructed on the land.
Building NFTs have their unique portion, determined by their usage and scale. The reward is decided based on how much portion the NFT holds in the overall ecosystem. In the case of NFTs minted in multiple quantities, the portion is divided according to the quantity within the NFT's total portion.
