The land on STELSI islands is issued as NFTs and categorized based on its usage, scale, and form. Building actions on the land can be matched with Building NFTs if they align with the usage, scale and form criteria.
Land NFTs are stakable, and each piece of land can only be owned by one holder.
The number of the island where the land belongs (ex. The # of Hola: 10)
'Usage' determines the allowable usage of the buildings constructed on the land. Land can be matched with buildings that align with the designated usage as its attribute.
R(Residential): Residential Lands (single house, townhouses, apartments, etc.)
C(Commercial): Commercial Lands (store, commercial building, offices, etc.)
I(Infrastructure): Infrastructure (Public facilities, libraries, art galleries, museums, banks, etc.)
O(Open space): Open space (neighborhood park, grand park, plaza, natural green area, etc.)
'Scale' determines the scale of buildings that can be constructed on the land, taking into account factors such as the building area and number of floors. It is categorized into 1, 2, or 3, with higher numbers indicating larger scales.
'Form' represents an attribute used to distinguish lands of the same usage and scale but with different form. Only buildings that align with all three criteria—usage, scale, and form (designated as A, B, C, etc.)—can be constructed on the land.
Each Land NFT possesses a unique portion, determined by its usgae and scale. The reward is determined by the proportion of the NFT's portion in the overall ecosystem, reflecting how much it contributes relative to the entire ecosystem's portion.
